Size Exchange

If you would like to return your purchase for a size exchange, you have the ability to do so within 7 days of receipt of your invoice. Goods must be returned to the following warehouse address within the 7 day return period and be in the original condition and packaging that they were received in. The purchaser will be responsible for all associated freight costs involved in the exchange process.

Returns Policy & Process

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you by way of assessment for potential of an exchange.
Items must be returned to Case Merchandise Returns within 7 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unworn and unwashed). All returned goods must have the dealership contact details and contact person responsible for the return attached to the item. Please allow an additional 10 days from the day you return your product for your exchange product to be redelivered

Faulty Items

If you consider an item is faulty please return the goods to Case Merchandise Returns with your dealership contact details, and the reason for the return.
Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, Case Merchandise will replace or refund the item. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type and our product assessments team will contact you.

If You Change Your Mind

Case Merchandise Returns is unable to accept items that have, been embellished, worn or washed. Change of mind returns will not be exchanged or refunded.
